About Us
Don and Neva Colbert are the photographer and author of "A Collector's Guide to Harker Pottery U.S.A.". Don was the chief photographer and Neva is the author. Don's family were potters at Harker which led to this family related interest in the pottery. Neva is an English teacher at Belmont Technical College and Don is a retired art teacher. They have three daughters, Cathy (who is web mistress of this site), Carla and Corky and two grandchildren, Max and Ethan. Both enjoy traveling around the country looking for new pieces of Harker and meeting fellow collectors.
